| How to Join the Membership

Click on the login at the top right of the webpage, select "Register Membership", and you can enter the membership registration page.

| Forgot Password

If you forget your member account password, you can click on "Forgot Password" at the member login page, and enter the E-mail or mobile phone number you used when registering your account. The system will then send an email to the designated mailbox, and you can follow the instructions in the email to reset your password and reactivate it.

| Modify Personal Information

Please log in and go to the member center to modify your personal information.

| How to Purchase Products

1. Select the products and quantity you want to purchase and add them to the shopping cart.

2. After selection, all the products you have chosen will be in the shopping cart. When you are sure that you have made your selection, press "Checkout" to enter the checkout page.

3. Enter your purchaser information, and choose your desired logistics method and payment method.

| Delivery Method and Shipping Fee

  • The shipping fee for home delivery after payment is NT$180 per order.
  • After ordering the product, it is expected to be delivered in 3-14 days.
  • Some product pages indicate special shipping dates, such as pre-orders, custom products, special products, or special factors from manufacturers. The actual indicated shipping date will prevail and is not applicable to the above working days.

| Confirm Whether the Order is Completed / Check Order Information

  • Once you have registered as a website member and ordered products on the official website, you can return to the official website, log in and go to the member center to view the relevant information of the products you have ordered.
  • If you are not a website member, you can also directly order products on the official website. If you need to check the order, please join our LINE:@040bqbvs or contact our customer service mailbox service@plantform.com.tw for assistance from a specialist.

| Cancel Order

If you need to cancel the order, please contact us to cancel within 24 hours of placing the order by joining our LINE:@040bqbvs. If the goods have been shipped, they cannot be cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience.

| Received Wrong / Defective Products

If there is a problem with the received product, please join our LINE:@040bqbvs or contact our customer service mailbox service@plantform.com.tw. Our customer service staff will assist you in confirming the product and resend the correct product to you.

Please note that the returned product must be in a new condition and complete packaging. Loss, damage, or missing parts may affect your return rights and may deduct the necessary costs to restore the original condition based on the degree of damage.
