Return and exchange instructions

| Online Shopping

  1. Please make sure to check the product for any defects, damages, or wrong items within 24 hours after receiving it.
  2. Please record and take photos of the unboxing process.
  3. If you request a return or exchange due to defective, damaged, or wrong items within the inspection period, please protect your rights by notifying us by email within the hesitation period (within 7 days), and send the photos of the defective or wrong items to our LINE:@040bqbvs or contact our customer service email service@plantform.com.tw as soon as possible.
  4. After completing the online return or exchange application, please prepare the product with the complete packaging box, purchase invoice, etc., and our customer service staff will arrange the product pick-up time with you. After we receive the product and confirm that it is intact and has no traces of use, we will arrange the follow-up exchange or refund matters.
  5. The 7-day inspection period of the order is only for one-time return or exchange service.

 The following situations, Plantform cannot provide return or exchange service:

  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 3 days of receiving the product.
  • Slight unevenness of the paint is a normal phenomenon, and please accept it before placing an order again. Thank you.
  • The product may have slight differences (color, size, etc.) from the actual product due to the shooting angle or screen settings. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for this reason.
